My favorite teacher was my 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Clark. I could talk to her about anything. We talked about me getting my first kiss from a boy I liked. We talked about me getting glasses. And she helped me understand they didn’t change who I was. And best of all, when I found out I was adopted, she was the first person I told. And she made me feel very special for being chosen.
